Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the term of the agreement confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which View Ranking, LLC is headquartered in Palo Alto, CA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

View Ranking, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
